The Live Hot Puppet Chat Museum
A lot of the puppet characters that weave in and out of Lumalin projects (especially Sword of Digestive Calmness, obviously) were actually created for a television show, Live Hot Puppet Chat, back in 2005. Broadcasting live on Tuesdays at midnight, the acidic, Kafkaesque humor was of the nefarious type (the television station was soon shut down due to “inappropriate content”) and then roughly 40-50 short films were produced for a variety of web media portals and channels.
But rather than bury this awkward, uncouth past (and it’s tempting to do so), we decided to sweep a bunch of the stray bits into one heap: four complete episodes of the original midnight broadcasts, and the best (?) of the shorts. So step this way into the Live Hot Puppet Chat Museum tent, courtesy of Decovo Media, and enjoy the sweltering heat and farty, tent-animal aromas.
